If a customer says your prices are too high, you have a few different options for how to respond. Here are some response templates you can use in your emails, messaging apps, or on social media.

Option 1: Explain But Hold Firm

I realize that this may be more expensive than you are accustomed to, but I can assure you that I am delivering top-notch [SERVICE/TEACHING] that you won’t receive with a low-cost alternative.

Ironically, this move utilizes a little reverse psychology, often causing the customer to want to sign up more.
