Situation 1: If a parent or student cancels 48 or more hours before a class begins.
Policy Option 1:
If a student cancels more than 48 hours before your class begins, you can get a full refund.
學生在課程開始48小時前先告知取消課程,則可全額退費.
Si un estudiante cancela más de 48 horas antes de que empiece su clase, puede obtener un reembolso completo.
Policy Option 2:
If a student cancels more than 48 hours before your class begins, you can reschedule the class.
學生在課程開始48小時前先告知取消課程,則可以重新安排上課時間.
Si un estudiante cancela más de 48 horas antes de que empiece su clase, puede reprogramar la clase.
Situation 2: If a parent or student cancels less than 48 hours a class begins.
Policy Option 1:
If a student cancels a class less than 48 hours before that class begins, there is a $10 fee.
如果學生在課程開始48小時前未先告知取消課程,將會酌收處理費$10.
Si un estudiante cancela una clase con menos de 48 horas de anticipación, hay un cargo de $10.
Policy Option 2:
You can consider treating this situation the same as Situation 6 below.
Situation 3: If a student does not show up for a class.
Policy Option:
If a student does not show up for class without any prior notification, the teacher will wait for 10 minutes and then the class will be cancelled automatically. In this situation, there will not be a refund.
如果學生沒有事先告知就沒出現上課,老師會等待10分鐘,過後本節課程將自動取消. 此種情況將不予退費.
Si un estudiante no se presenta a la clase sin ninguna notificación previa, el profesor esperará 10 minutos y luego la clase se cancelará automáticamente. En esta situación, no habrá reembolso.
Situation 4: If a parent or student requests to cancel and get a refund for future classes that haven’t been taught yet.
Policy Option 1:
You can get a full refund for future classes that haven’t been taught yet as long as you cancel 48 hours before the next class begins.

Policy Option 2:
There are no refunds for classes, but you can reschedule classes if needed.

Situation 5: If a parent or student requests a refund for a class (or classes) that has already been taught.
Policy Option:
There will be no refunds for classes that have already been taught.
已上過的課程無法退費.

Situation 6: If a parent or student reschedules so many times in a given time period that it causes you scheduling-related stress.
Policy Option:
Classes can be rescheduled 3 times for every 10 classes. Rescheduling multiple classes at one time counts as only one instance of rescheduling. After 3 instances of rescheduling, no more classes will be able to be rescheduled. There will be no refund for any resulting unattended classes.

Las clases pueden ser reprogramadas 3 veces por cada 10 clases. Reprogramar varias clases a la vez cuenta como una sola instancia de reprogramación. Después de 3 instancias de reprogramación, no se podrán reprogramar más clases. No habrá reembolso en caso de que haya clases no atendidas.
Note: The goal with this policy is to avoid a parent or student rescheduling every single week and driving you crazy. This policy allows for a parent or student to reschedule multiple classes at one time and that only counting as one instance of rescheduling. For example, if a family is going on vacation for a week in September and wants to reschedule for October 3 classes they originally had scheduled for that week. In the above policy, this would count as only 1 instance of rescheduling, not 3. This means, the family would have 2 more instances of rescheduling.
